A. Enabling your public knowledge base 

  1. Click on the ... button at the top right corner of the top navigation bar 
  2. Select Public Site in the dropdown 
  3. Click Enable Public Site

B. Naming your public knowledge base 

  1. Click on the ... button at the top right corner of the top navigation bar 
  2. Select Public Site in the dropdown 
  3. Edit the name under Name your public site
  4. This will update the name shown at the top left corner in your public site

C. Selecting what content to include in the public site  

As shown in the screenshot above, the homepage of your public knowledge base will list out all the top-level folders that you have set to be viewable by the public. 

To control which folder to be included in the public site, click on the ... icon next to a top-level folder on the sidebar > select Edit Permission > check the checkbox "Show this folder and all the content inside on the Public Site".
