If you don't see this feature enabled for your account yet, contact us at support@kipwise.com. * * * To help you better understand the usage of your content, there is a section on your Kipwise dashboard that shows your most viewed content. ## FAQs #### 1\. What counts as a team view? - Someone viewed the Page on the web platform - Someone performed a search on Slack and clicked the "Expand" button to view the Page on Slack #### 2\. What counts as a public view? - The Page is included in your public knowledge base (see how to set up a public knowledge base) and someone viewed that Page - Someone in your team shared the Page with some external parties using the Trackable Public Link feature and someone viewed the Page

Use trackable public link to share content with people outside of your organization

Our Trackable Public Link feature allows you to create trackable public links to share content with people outside of your organization, such as prospects and customers. You can create separate tracking links for different groups of audience to better understand how they engage with the content that you shared with them. * * * This is only available for Professional Plan or Enterprise Plan users. * * * ## A. How to set up a trackable public link You can set up a trackable public link for: - An entire Kipwise Page - A particular link inside a Kipwise Page - A particular embedded block inside a Kipwise Page ### a. Sharing an entire Kipwise Page 1\. On the Page that you would like to share, click the Share button > select Trackable Public Links... 2\. Enter the name of the Trackable Public Link (for your easier identification in the future when viewing analytics) and click Create 3\. Then you can simply copy the link under Public link to share with your prospects or customers and you can view the analytics afterwards by going back to the Page and click the Share button > select Trackable Public Links... ### b. Sharing a particular link on a Kipwise Page 1\. Click on the link that you want to share > click on the Trackable Public Link icon at the end 2\. Follow the steps in a2 above to create the Trackable Public Link ### C. Sharing a particular embedded block inside a Kipwise Page 1\. Mouse over to the embedded block that you want to share > click on the Trackable Public Link icon at the end 2\. Follow the steps in a2 above to create the Trackable Public Link ## B. How to check the stats or disable existing trackable public links For the stats for a Page, You can view the analytics afterwards by going back to the Page and click the Share button > select Trackable Public Links... For a link or embeddable block inside a Kipwise Page, click on the link or mouse over to the embedded block > click on the Trackable Public Link icon at the end Then you will be able to see the stats or disable any links under Existing Trackable Public Links
