Analytics - Page Healthiness Kipwise has a Content Review Flow where you set reviewers for a Page. Kipwise reminds the reviewers to review the Page at the interval you choose (for example every 6 months), so your content stays up to date. The Page Healthiness report shows how many of your Pages are reviewed, and how that changes over time. Reports are for Super Admins, Admins and Content Managers. Page Healthiness needs the content review flow and depends on your plan. If you do not see it, contact [email protected]. How to view the Page Healthiness report 1\. Click Reports in the left rail. It was called Analytics before. 2\. Open Content Reports. Page Healthiness is on this page. The chart on the left shows the current healthiness of your Pages. It is the number of reviewed Pages divided by the total number of Pages. The labels show how many Pages are reviewed and how many are still to review. The line graph on the right, Healthiness Trend, shows how the healthiness changed over time. Use the date range menu above the graph to change the period.

Analytics - Most viewed content The Most viewed report shows which Pages are opened the most, by your team and by people outside your team. Use it to see which content people rely on, and which Pages nobody opens. Reports are for Super Admins, Admins and Content Managers. Some reports depend on your plan and are switched on per team. If you do not see a report that you expect, contact [email protected]. How to view the Most viewed report 1\. Click Reports in the left rail. It was called Analytics before. 2\. Open Content Reports. The Most viewed report is on this page. 3\. Choose the period you want: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or All time. For each Page, the report shows the number of Team views and Public views in that period. FAQs 1\. What counts as a team view? Someone viewed the Page in the Kipwise web app. Someone searched on Slack with the Kipwise search command and clicked Expand to read the Page in Slack. 2\. What counts as a public view? The Page is part of your public knowledge base and someone viewed it there. Someone opened the Page through a public link that your team shared with people outside your organization.

Analytics - Search Statistics The Search Reports show how often your teammates and customers search your knowledge base, and which search terms they use. They also show which terms have no relevant content yet, so you can keep expanding your knowledge base. Reports are for Super Admins, Admins and Content Managers. It was called Analytics before. 2\. Click Search Reports. The page has 3 sections: Total Number of Searches Search Healthiness Top Search Terms B. How to read the reports In the charts, the black line shows searches in your internal team knowledge base. The yellow line shows searches on your public knowledge base , if you have one. 1\. Total Number of Searches The line graph shows how many searches were made each day. Use the date range menu above the graph to change the period. 2\. Search Healthiness The line graph shows the trend of your search healthiness. It is the number of searches that produced results divided by the total number of searches. Use the date range menu to change the period. 3\. Top Search Terms The Internal column shows searches in your internal team knowledge base. The Public Site column shows searches on your public knowledge base. Each table has its own date range menu. a. Searches producing results This table shows the terms people search for most, where Kipwise found relevant results. Use it to see what your users care about. For example: Your teammates often search for troubleshooting info about a feature. A training on it may help. Your customers often search for how to use a feature. The feature may not be intuitive enough. b. Searches producing no results This table shows terms people searched for but Kipwise found nothing relevant. Review it to find the missing pieces of your knowledge base, and add Pages for them. A filter icon next to a search term means filters were applied in that search. Hover over the icon to see them, as in the screenshot above. For example, "Pricing info" may appear under results, and also under no results when the filter "Folder=Sales" was applied. This can tell you how to organize your content better.

Content Rating

Content Rating Readers can rate a Page to tell you whether it helped them. Use the ratings to see which Pages work for your teammates or customers, and which Pages need work. Content Rating depends on your plan and is switched on per team. If you do not see it, contact [email protected]. A. How to rate a Page At the bottom of a Kipwise Page, a box asks whether the Page is helpful. Click Helpful! or Could be better. The same box appears on Pages of your public knowledge base , if you have one. B. How to view the rating statistics 1\. Open the Page and click the Rating icon (the thumbs up) in the row of icons at the top of the Page. 2\. The Rating overview panel opens. The Internal tab shows the ratings from your teammates. 3\. Click the Public site tab to see the ratings from visitors of your public knowledge base. In both tabs, the bar shows the share of Helpful and Can be better votes, and how many votes each has. Under the bar, open Helpful or Can be better to see the votes. There are two more controls in the panel: Enable rating turns rating on or off. Only people who manage the folder can change it. Reset clears the ratings so that you can start again. Kipwise asks you to confirm first.

Connect your tools to Kipwise Agent

Connect your tools to Kipwise Agent Kipwise Agent works as you. For Kipwise pages it uses your Kipwise account, so there is nothing to connect. Other tools need a one-time connection that only you can complete. The agent then uses your own account in that tool, so it can open only what you can open. Connect a tool Ask for something that needs the tool, for example "@Kipwise Agent which Linear issues are assigned to me?". The agent sends you a private message that only you can see. It says it needs your access and shows Connect Linear and Skip buttons. The thread shows a grey line saying that a private link was sent to you. Click Connect Linear and sign in to Linear in your browser. Allow access when Linear asks. Go back to Slack. The agent posts "Linear is now connected for you. Carrying on with your request." and finishes your request. You do not need to ask again. The button link works for 5 minutes, and you have 10 minutes to finish the sign-in. If you see "this connect link is invalid or expired", ask the agent again to get a new button. Skip applies only to you, in that thread. The agent carries on without that tool for the rest of the thread. You have one connection per tool in each Slack workspace. Connecting again replaces it. If a connection expires or is revoked, the agent asks you to connect it again. Tools you can connect Gmail: read email and manage drafts and labels. Sending email needs your approval. See What Kipwise Agent needs your approval for . Google Calendar: read and change your own events. Invitations go only to people you name. Google Analytics and Google Search Console: read reports. Google Ads: read campaigns and performance. It pauses, enables or changes the budget of a campaign only when you ask for it by name. HubSpot and Pipedrive: contacts, companies, deals and notes. Intercom: read conversations and tickets, add internal notes and close conversations. Linear: issues, projects and comments. Notion and Airtable: read and change the pages, bases and records you share with it. Atlassian: read and change Confluence pages and Jira issues. Box and OneDrive: search and read files, and change text files. Stripe: customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions and refunds. It never deletes, voids or cancels anything in Stripe. Xero and QuickBooks Online: contacts, invoices, bills and payments. Xero invoices are drafts unless you ask it to approve them. QuickBooks invoices and bills are posted, not saved as drafts. Slack: read what you can see and send messages as you. Notes for some tools Google: Gmail, Calendar, Analytics, Search Console and Ads are separate connections. Google may show a "Google hasn't verified this app" screen. Click Advanced, then choose to continue. OneDrive: with a work or school account, Microsoft may show "Need admin approval". Ask your Microsoft 365 admin to approve Kipwise Agent. Notion and Airtable: you choose which pages or bases to share on the tool's consent screen. The agent cannot reach anything you leave unticked. Atlassian: if your account has several Atlassian sites, the agent uses only the first one Atlassian lists. QuickBooks Online: one connection covers one company. Connect again to switch companies. Box: in some Box enterprise accounts, an admin has to authorize the app first. Box and Notion: if you start connecting from the tool's own page or from kipwise.com instead of from Slack, the page shows a one-time code. Send claim and the code to the agent in Slack within 15 minutes. Disconnect a tool Ask the agent in Slack, one tool per message, for example "@Kipwise Agent disconnect my Linear". Kipwise deletes the access it stored. For most tools it also revokes the access at the tool. Disconnecting a Google tool disconnects all your Google tools together. For OneDrive, Airtable and Atlassian, Kipwise deletes only its own copy. Also remove Kipwise Agent in that tool's own settings. Use trackable public link to share content with people outside of your organization Public Links let you share content with people outside your organization, such as prospects and customers. Every public link is trackable, so you can see how often it is opened. Create a separate link for each group of people. Then you can see how each group engages with the content you shared with them. Public Links depend on your plan. If you do not see Share Public Links… in the Share menu, contact [email protected]. A. How to create a public link You can create a public link for: An entire Kipwise Page A link inside a Kipwise Page A file or an embedded block inside a Kipwise Page a. Share an entire Page 1\. Open the Page, click Share and choose Share Public Links…. The number next to it shows how many public links the Page already has. 2\. Under Create a new Public Link, type a name for the link and click Create. Use the name of the person or group that will get the link, so that you can recognize it later in your statistics. 3\. The new link appears under Existing Public Links. Copy it from the Public Link column and send it to your prospect or customer. b. Share a link inside a Page 1\. Click the link in the Page. A small toolbar appears. 2\. Click the Public Links icon in the toolbar. Its label shows how many public links the link already has, for example Public Links (1). 3\. Create the public link as described in section a, step 2. c. Share a file or an embedded block 1\. Point at the file or the embedded block. A small toolbar appears. 2\. Reports - Announcements Overview Use Announcements to make sure important content is read. The people you choose are notified, and you can track who has read it. The Announcements Overview report lists every Page that has an Announcement, so you can see who has read it and who has not. Reports are for Super Admins, Admins and Content Managers. How to open the Announcements Overview 1\. Click Reports in the left rail. 2\. Click Announcements Overview. The table has one row for each Page that has an Announcement: Assigned users: how many people were asked to read it. Completion: the share of those people who have read it. Last assignment and Last read: when the Page was last assigned, and when someone last read it. Click the arrow at the end of a row to see the details: the note that came with the Announcement, each assigned person, and whether and when they read it.
